Thames Valley Fire & Rescue Service now also specialises in Line and Water Rescue techniques with fully trained and certificated staff. We are now able to supply fully trained Line Rescue Technicians for film and TV work to assist in your safety when working at height. In addition we can supplement the existing services and capabilities of the county brigades by offering help when working at height. We have a vast array of Line Rescue equipment that can be used in any situation that requires working at height. We even have a dedicated 4x4 Rescue vehicle. We also have fully trained Water Rescue staff, who can assist with rescues on water at any event where a rescue boat is desirable or required under health and safety laws. We can help TV and film crews get the best action shots in our rigid inflatable boats under the command of fully trained boat crews. Our boats have the latest rescue equipment and our staff are fully trained in all aspects of water rescue and recovery. Please bear in mind, all our staff are fully trained Emergency Medical Technicians or above so this negates the need to have several additional personnel within the boats on rescue missions.
